The Association of Healthcare Providers (India) recognizes and celebrates the excellence achieved by healthcare organizations in various fields every year. In line with its objective to build capacity in the Indian health system and promote patient safety and quality in healthcare, AHPI invites applications from Hospitals (including small healthcare organizations and eye hospitals) for the 11th edition of the AHPI Awards.

The award categories are as follows:

  • Patient Centric Hospitals
  • Employee Centric Hospitals
  • Excellence in Hospital Operations (Clinical)
  • Excellence in Hospital Operations (Non clinical)
  • Excellence in Nursing Practices
  • Excellence in Quality (beyond Accreditation) (Only open for accredited hospitals)
  • Excellence in Digital Health
  • Excellence in Infection Control Practices
  • Excellence in Critical Care Services
  • Excellence in Emergency Services

Guidelines for Hospitals for The Awards

  • The awards have been designed based on objective criteria.
  • The applicant hospitals will be required to submit a Presentation (up to 30-35 slides) which should include various headings given in the AWARDS CRITERIA. This will be followed by an Online Assessment on a mutually decided schedule by the hospital and the assessor.
  • Hospitals are free to apply for multiple categories.
  • The AHPI Award Technical Committee will scrutinize the applications.
  • The shortlisted hospitals will be assessed by empanelled assessors to verify compliance.
  • The assessors report will be examined by the Technical Committee/ Independent Jury who will decide on the number of awards in each category.
  • The decision of the Technical Committee/ Independent Jury will be final.
  • Any criterion that is not applicable to the hospital should be written as NOT APPLICABLE.

Application Fee

  • The entry fee for each category of award is INR 17,700/- (15,000 + GST 18%)
