The whole world is going through very difficult times due to the current pandemic. All professions
and business establishments have been badly hit by this. This has forced the entire world to embrace
a "New Normal".
As clinicians, we need to keep updating ourselves and keep learning, unlearning and relearning in
order to provide better healthcare to our patients. Since physical meetings are unsafe and not
possible in the current scenario, the Executive Committees of SELSI and IHS decided to hold a joint
annual conference on a virtual platform considering that academics should not take a back seat and
the show must go on.
Earlier this year, Dr Padmakumar (VP SELSI SZ) and Dr Madhukar Pai (Board Member SELSI) of
Lakeshore Hospitals, Kochi, organised a virtual conference cum Live workshop and proved that
equally effective conferences can be held on virtual platform. Inspired by the success of SELSI SZ +
MISCON, we moved a step further and decided to organise a joint Annual National Conference
We Cordially invite you to participate in "13th SELSICON & 12th IHSCON" on 30th and 31st October
(Friday - Saturday).
It will be a two days event from 8am to 5pm. There will be 3 parallel halls with Live Surgeries
transmitted in full HD quality from various centres of excellence across India, Orations, Video based
guest lectures from invited international faculties, Free papers, Debates, Panel Discussions and
Trade Exhibition (Everything like a physical conference except your physical presence)
